About

Foundry VTT has no native way of tracking which forms a Druid knows for their Wild Shape feature. This module adds a Known Forms section to the Druid's Features tab, letting you drag-and-drop beast actors, prepare a subset of forms, and invoke Wild Shape directly from the sheet — with full stat block application, token updates, and one-click revert.

Features

• Drag-and-drop beasts from any Actor list or Compendium
• Prepare toggle (sun icon) matching the dnd5e sheet style
• Invoke Wild Shape: applies STR/DEX/CON, movement, temp HP, dequips gear
• Updates portrait and all placed tokens on the canvas
• Merges skill and save proficiencies (takes highest)
• One-click Revert — restores all original stats and re-equips gear
• Uses counter pulled live from the Wild Shape feature item
• CR and fly speed warnings — invalid forms greyed out
• Persistent storage in actor flags — survives reloads

Compatibility

Verified on Foundry VTT v14 (build 363+) with dnd5e 5.3.x. Implements 2024 D&D rules.
